Funrise Toys is launching the new line of Positively Perfect Dolls. "Motivated by the dreams and efforts of Dr. Lisa Williams, this collection of dolls encourages girls to embrace their unique qualities and personalities by standing behind who they are!"

The collection includes six dolls of African American, Hispanic, and Caucasian(?) ethnicity, and sends the message that "Standing out is totally in!" The new Positively Perfect line suggests that the original message of girls of color accepting their unique qualities has been expanded to included all girls who see themselves as different from the crowd.
