So I have been going through some major house reorganization and joy-sparking in the last two weeks, which has cut into my doll time with everything up in the air! [node:read-more:link]
In part I of my Fixing Cai series, I wrote about some of the more complicated TLC that this 18" My Twinn doll needed, including removing her factory wig glue (with varying sucess) and minimizing some damage around her eyes.
I think that getting through these tough parts of Cai's repair was largely a success. . . [node:read-more:link]

I'm starting with Berkeley for my Four Twinn Rescue project. I'm starting with her because she was the first of the four My Twinn rescues I collected starting in late 2015. She wasn't exactly a rescue then however; she was new. I bought her as My Twinn was closing its doors and dropping prices on all its 18" dolls. [node:read-more:link]
I collected these four MT dolls, Berkeley, Pearl, Cai, and Kim, with an intent to fix them up: give 'em new eyes, new hair, new clothes, new whatever each one needed. But as it's been, I haven't gotten back to them for a while and I think it's finally time I did. [node:read-more:link]
