Review: My Life As School Boy (Blond)

Last year's debut of My Life As School Boy dolls by CItyToy stirred up the 18" boy doll market with their two school boys, giving AG's Logan Everett a run for his money. I reviewed them here.

This year My Life As has two more School Boys, this time in a bookish or preppy theme, as opposed to the sporty/ urban theme of last year's boys. I was able to pick up the blond boy this week to review. Read more about Review: My Life As School Boy (Blond)

New Kids on the Block

Wow, so it looks like both My LIfe As and Our Generation each have a brand new boy doll to compete with American Girl's Logan Everett!

These guys look really cute and I hope I get a chance to review one (or both) of them soon. The new My Life as a School Boy looks like a blond version of the Caucasian school boy by My Life as, but with a bookish flavor. I love it!

LRC Custom Dolls

Two random dolls, because reasons. . .

Today my two random dolls were randomly selected from my list of custom dolls, LRC Charmers and The Cool Ones. They dont have names; they're both prototypes for future dolls.

Both the dolls use face sculpts by Pat Secrist (I adore Secrist faces!): Annette on the left, and Punkin the little princess on the right.

Springfield Collection Dolls

Back!

After a month away, hmm maybe two, I'm back with some new, upcoming posts, including more AG Friends, Doll Rescues, and Two Random Dolls.

So I had a few things I needed to square away, plus I took a little bit of time off to learn how to animate and also do some writing. I'm kind of one of those jack-of-all-trades people, master at none. Read more about Back!

My Twinn 18" Pearl and Kim

Two random dolls, because reasons. . .
So today my two random dolls are not so random. They're 18" My Twinn Pearl and Kim. I've been on a mission for these girls for awhile; they're a bit harder to find. I missed one or two eBay auctions in that time but was finally able to get both of them!

My bigger quest is to get all four 18" Asian molds, Pearl, Kim, Berkeley, and Cai. I've collected three of them in the last year and hopefully I'm zeroing in on the last.
